Just to give you some ideas, I’ve worked one traditional red and green stocking, and then some variations using different yarns. Working the top edges in a fluffy yarn produces a great effect. Some very different looks here….what’s in your stash that would work?

Finished stocking measures 10cm / 4 inches in length, and 5cm / 2 inches wide.
