SIZE of the finished toy: approximately 15 cm/6 inches in case you use the same materials indicated in the pattern
MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES:
- Yarn - Sport weight yarn (Fine yarn) for cotton+acrylic yarn or Fingering (Super fine yarn) for 100% cotton yarn Colors: mustard (approx. 10g), green (approx. 15g), brown (a few meters), black (approx. 5g), red (approx. 1g), yellow (approx. 1g), white (approx. 5g), pink (a few meters)
I used:
Schachenmayr Catania (50g/125m, 100% cotton):
Colors: mustard (0383 - zimt)
green (0412 - moos)
black (0110 - schwarz)
yellow (0208 - sonne)
white (0106 - weiß)
Yarn and Colors Must-have (50g/125m, 100% cotton):
Colors: brown (027 - brunet)
red (030 - red wine)
Scheepjes Catona (50g/125m, 100% cotton): pink - 408
- Crochet hook suitable for your yarn (I used 1.75 mm Tulip)
- Safety eyes 6 mm
- Scissors, tapestry needle, pins
- Brown or black embroidery or sewing thread (a few meters)
- Stitch marker (I use a piece of yarn)
- Fiberfill (stuffing)
- Stuffing tool (I use wooden skewers and tweezers)
- Wire 2 mm (I needed about 40 cm). It is best to use steel or copper wire as these are the strongest, the most stable and durable options and bend easily
- Strapping tape (about 1 m)
- All-purpose glue (I used UHU)
- A piece of plastic, to make the bottom steady (I used a lid of a plastic container)
