This is a pattern variation for my Pat Hat pattern in Knitty Deep Fall 2014 - this one is Aran weight and offers different pattern designs than those in The Pat Hat.

This pattern is also reversible and great for a gift for a baby where the parents do not know if they are having a boy or a girl.

The extra warmth of the double layer will be great for the cold as well.
