Beautiful remnants of yarn are often left once you finish a project and it is such a shame to throw them away. So we tend to store them with a view to using them sometime in the future but for what?
Chroma is a shawl made from remnants of yarn that gives these scraps a new reason for being. Whether sorting them colour by colour or with contrasting colours, those scraps of yarn achieve an amazing new lease on life with this shawl. You can knit it in any desired size, a neckerchief, a stylish shawl or a huge shawl to cuddle into. What is more, the different patterns are easy to do but look amazing and seem to knit up all by themselves.

Pattern contains knitting charts as well as written pattern.

Skill level: beginner

Materials:
Sock yarn 4-ply (420m/100g): here: 17 g yellow, 35 g yellow/greenish, 26 g blue; circular needles 5 mm (US8), 1 stitch marker, 3 sets of beads
Or: any amount of yarn or different colours or a completely different yarn, whatever you have left over. Needles 2 or 3 sizes bigger as recommended.

Sizes: width x length (A x B):
130 x 65 cm; 51 x 25 ½”; or any desired size

Gauge: (pattern colour 1)
16 stitches x 32 rows = 10 x 10 cm; 4 x 4”

Tolle Wollreste bleiben nach jedem Projekt eigentlich immer übrig und es ist zu schade, sie wegzuwerfen oder ungenutzt aufzubewahren.
Chroma ist ein Restetuch, dass diesen Wollresten eine neue Verwendung gibt. Farblich sortiert oder kontrastreich, mit diesem Tuch kommen Wollreste toll zur Geltung. Und man kann dieses Tuch in beliebiger Größe stricken, ob als Halstuch oder Schultertuch oder mit vielen Wollresten als großes Kuscheltuch. Die Muster sind einfach, aber effektvoll und stricken sich wie von selbst.

Oder: beliebige Menge und Farben Sockenwollreste oder anderes Garn, Nadeln 2 bis 3 Stärken größer als auf der Banderole angegeben.
