Chrysanthemum is a crescent-shaped lace shawl that is being worked from the center back of the neck down to the border.

This design was inspired by the same name pattern by Herbert Niebling. The flower motif of the doily was adapted as a basis for designing, turning into the central element of the shawl body.

YARN USED: TAIGA Winter Tale Eco yarn (100% Goat Down; 300 m (328 yds) / 50 g).
The sample required 810 m (886 yds) / 135 g of yarn.
It is strongly recommended to use natural fiber yarns (linen, cotton, wool, and silk), at least yarns with a minimum synthetic content; approx. 500–800 m (550–875 yds) per 100 g.

FINISHED MEASUREMENTS: 164 cm (64½ inches) wingspan and 75 cm (29½ inches) deep, relaxed after blocking.
Finished size and yarn consumption will depend on yarn choice, needle size and your individual manner of knitting.

Size 3.00 mm (US 2½) circular needles;
