These chubby cuties love to go to school and swim with their friends. They are the perfect little leftover stash eaters.
Use it as room decor, add it to a baby´s mobile or add a little bell to it and make it into your little one’s new favourite toy!

You don’t need to be a pro to knit this toy, but you should know how to knit in the round and knit flat and use basic increases and decreases. The fish is knit with body and tail in one piece, fins are picked up and knit directly onto the body. Alternatively you can of course knit them separately and sew them on later.
The gauge is not important, but you should use needles at least one size smaller than indicated on the yarn to prevent the fiberfill from showing.

What you need: 

• approx. 10grams (30-40yards) cotton yarn or similar in the body colour.
• small leftovers in black for the eyes
• 5 double pointed needles (2.5 – 3.5mm)
• Fibrefill
• Tapestry needle

Babymobile über kleinen Bettchen oder erfreuen große und kleine Kinder als Geschenk, Schlüsselanhänger oder einfach nur so! Mit einem Glöckchen im Bauch machen sie sich auch wunderbar als Babyspielzeug.

Diese Anleitung erfordert kein Profistrickwissen, aber ein paar Kenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt. So wird in der Runde und in Reihen glatt und kraus rechts gestrickt und einfache Zu- und Abnahmen benutzt. Körper und Schwanzflosse werden in
einem Stück gestrickt, die Rücken- und Brustflossen werden später direkt vom Körper aufgenommen und angestrickt. Ideal für Stricker/innen mit Vernäh-Phobie :) Sie können aber auch einzeln gestrickt und später angenäht werden.

Die Maße spielen, wie bei den meisten Stofftieren, keine Rolle. Es ist allerdings gut, eine kleinere Nadelstärke zu verwenden, als auf dem Garn angegeben, damit die Füllwatte nicht herausschaut.
