With this pattern you can crochet a Chubby Bunny with a choice of different looks. Make it with or without arms and legs, or a white tummy. Make it in natural or bright colours, and either crochet the tail or use a pom-pom.

Use double knitting (DK) weight yarn, the amounts are approximate. Double knitting yarn is classified as 3:light, and 8 ply (in Australia and New Zealand). Worsted weight is a little thicker than DK but can easily be substituted and the pattern will still be in proportion, though you may need to use a little more and go up a hook size.

25g yarn for body.
5g white yarn for tail.
5g white yarn for tummy patch (optional).
Small amount of black yarn for nose

You will also need:
Stuffing.
1 pair 9 mm safety eyes.
Tapestry needle.
3.5mm hook (US E hook).

Finished size: approximately 12cm/4.25” tall.
