A fun and beginner friendly pattern to make a small chick Amigurumi. It’s quickly whipped up and minimal sewing is needed.

For this pattern the Gauge isn’t important. You can adapt the size by using bigger or thinner yarn and a different size hook.

It’s a great yarn ‘scrap’ project, because not much yarn is needed! And since there’s barely any sewing needed, you can whip up your chick in just a couple hours or less.

If you want to make the exact same sized chubby chick as pictured, you can use the following yarn and hook sizes.

Materials
2.5 mm crochet hook
2 mm crochet hook
Hobbii rainbow cotton yarn in the colour yellow, orange and green. You don’t need this exact brand - use what’s available.

Lace yarn - 1.5 /1 mm yarn in the colours black & white for the eye details - you can choose to substitute with embroidery thread.
Stitch marker or scrap yarn
