Chunky Alpaca Cabled Afghan
by Jess Wrobel
There is nothing more enjoyable to work with than core-spun alpaca. So luxurious and, given its heft, even this large project will knit up quickly. Your lap will will start feeling toasty in short order as your work progresses. This is a great hunker down and chase the winter blues away project. You will never want the chilly season to end with this newest addition to your home decor.
• Size 50 40” or longer circular needles. Even though this is knit flat, you’ll find it much easier to manage on circulars.
• 6.75 lbs of Core Spun Alpaca/500 yards
Please note a correction: Near the end of the pattern after you have completed the last cable cross, you should repeat Row 2.
