This braided chunky cowl is a super EASY and QUICK project. It makes it the perfect project for either a last minute gift idea, and it’s quick enough that you could make multiples. This cowl is crocheted using a large 15 mm crochet hook, giving it all the stretch and squish you need, and the bulky yarn makes this really warm and cozy for the cold weather ahead.

This is a beginner friendly project. The only stitches you need to know are chain and slip stitches, and how to work into front and back loops. Scarf is constructed in one piece and braided, so the only sewing required is to join the ends together.
