This chunky cloche hat works up quickly using Patons Gembrook chunky yarn and pairs beautifully with my One-hour cowl (see Ravelry for the pattern). You can accent the hat with any applique you like, or leave it plain. I’ve used a chunky butterfly here. The cloche hat was popular in the 1920s and wearing it not only keeps my head warm in winter, but it makes me feel flirty and fun.
