I would rate this pattern to be on the easy to medium scale.

Skills needed: Knit, Purl, cable

Measurements: Approx13 wide x 11 tall

Materials: 2 skeins Red Heart Super Saver Solids or any worsted weight yarn will work

Needle size: US13 circulars 29 inches and a set of US13 DPN
Small Cable needle
Tapestry needle
Stuffing (for the picture I used plastic bags. You can also try a zippered pillow protector and some bean bag filling. )
