This is a crochet pattern to make my Chunky CarSeat Poncho. This colorful poncho doubles as a blanket in the car and is a great alternative to putting on and taking off a coat when getting in and out of the car!
A very basic hat pattern is included, pom pom instructions are NOT included.

I worked this pattern up in both Softee Chunky yarn, and Bernat Blanket yarn. Both are warm and wonderful.

This pattern requires about 9 skeins Softee Chunky yarn (5 main yarn color and 4 contrast color) or 3 large (220 yds) balls of Bernat Blanket (2 in main color, 1 in contrast color)
It’s made with a 9mm hook, so it works up quickly!
