Here is a great pattern for using up all your ends of chunky or double knit yarn! I designed this pattern using 4 strands of chunky yarn together, although 5 or 6 strands of thinner yarn can be used instead. Tension doesn’t have to be that exact for this cute bed …… if the size of the swatch is near enough, just carry on with the rest of it. Lovely and chunky, makes up quick and traps all the warm air near to your dog or cat’s body.

This pattern covers three sizes, so you can crochet the basket for a small or medium cat, large cat / tiny dog, or extra large cat / small dog.
