This chunky stocking is very easy and quick to make.
It would be a great way to use up excess yarn scraps.

The stocking shown was made using two strands of worsted weight yarn held together. You could also use chunky yarn. This would also be great in variegated colored yarn.

You could embellish this with buttons (shown), poms, bows, an initial….etc.

Stitches used:
Chain (Ch), Slip Stitch (Ss), Single Crochet (Sc), Single Crochet, Half Double Crochet (Hdc), Front. Loop Only (3rd loop), (Flo), Half Double Crochet Two Together (Hdc2tog)

Measures approximately 10” wide x 16” tall.
