The super chunky puff-stitch mittens are the perfect accessory for a cold-weather outfit!

Materials:

• Approx 50-65 yds PER MITTEN of Super Bulky (Weight 6) yarn. I used Big Twist Winter Yarn, but any yarn of this size works just as well.
• 6.5mm hook. Using a 7mm hook to start is recommended so the chains don’t slip off the hook, but not necessary
• Recommended: stitch markers/counter to use as needed

Notes:

• This pattern is written for an approximate 6-8” wrist circumference, but can be adjusted to any wrist circumference by adding additional initial chains. Just be sure that the number of initial chains is odd
• To make sure that the size is right, wrap the initial chain around the wrist. It should wrap around easily, not too tight
• Rows 3-4 can be repeated any number of times depending on how much you would like the forearm to be covered. Be sure to end on a row 4.
