DESCRIPTION
This pattern is for a pointed cowl suitable for a beginning knitter. It is knit flat using an elongated stitch (explained in the pattern) and then the ends are seamed together.

SUGGESTED YARN
It is intended to be made with a single ply or two-ply chunky/super bulky handspun yarn (5-6 wraps per inch), but the pattern is easy to adjust to any bulky or super bulky yarn in your stash.

MATERIALS NEEDED

• About 100 yards of super bulky/chunky handspun yarn
• Size 15 needles or other size needed for gauge, which need not be exact
