This is an easy peasy hat/beanie pattern suitable for a beginner ready to embark on knitting in the round and simple decreases, or for an experienced knitter as a quick, pleasurable knit, or a quick, personal gift. The love letters are embeded in duplicate stitch, after the hat is finished.

There is a formula in the pattern to recalculate for a different yarn weight.
