Here we have a pattern for a deliciously chunky and cosy keyhole scarf with a slouchy hat to match.

The scarf can be worn with the end through the “keyhole” as normal, as a straight scarf, or wrapped around the neck and tucked in like a cowl.

The hat is a slouchy, squishy, beautifully chunky beanie, 11” long from the crown, and this is adaptable by working either fewer or more rows before the single crochet band at the end.

The pattern is a mixture of shells and front/back post sts, adding interest and texture.

Easily and quickly worked (you know I like easy and quick!), most people can make this set in a couple of evenings.
