The Bernat Softee Chunky yarn was a pleasure to work with … even though it was bulkier, the yarn maintained its softness throughout creating a very versatile & soft neck warmer/cowl. (Use this yarn if available or choose your favorite)

Optional - use larger size needles for the bind off to give a wider flared edge that will sit below your neck & around your shoulders(see instructions in the pattern) you may also use a larger size crochet hook to bind off (go online to view tutorials for the crochet hook bind off)

Finished dimensions for this project- 9.5 in height X 21 in. circumference (around the neck)
