Knit in one piece from start to finish, this cover features a beautiful cable pattern for the front, simple stockinette with a ribbed button band for the back, this project will only take you a day or two from start to finish.

No need to stress over the finished size of your pillow cover to make it work with commercially made pillow forms! This pattern also includes a PDF for sewing a simple basic pillow insert for your completed pillow cover. The pillow insert will be made to fit the size of your completed project, so no need to stress out about getting ‘exact’ gauge. Pick a yarn you love, knit the cover, take a few quick measurements, cut and sew!

GENERAL KNITTING SKILLS NEEDED: knit and purl stitches, increasing and decreasing. Basic Cable stitches.
I think this pattern is suitable for many skill levels, including an adventurous newby knitter.
