Chunky knitted headbands
This pattern is the perfect quick-make using knit and purl stitches. The headbands are made up of rows of knit and purl stitches which gives them a gorgeous texture and will keep your head and ears toasty and warm! Worked in the round there is no seaming - there is also the option to create a wider headband with a knot.

You will need:
- 70 metres of chunky yarn
- A set of five 10mm double pointed needles or a 10mm 40cm circular needle if you prefer
- 10mm straight knitting needles if you are making the knot headband (optional if you are happy to use the circular or double pointed needles)
- Wool needle
- Scissors
- Stitch marker

Circumference approx 22 inches. Approx 3 inches or 3.75 inches width depending on which headband is made.
