Chunky Marie Sweater is a beautiful sweater worked from the top down with raglan increases.

The yoke features the loveliest and easiest stranded colorwork pattern. The sweater is light and fluffy, as it is knitted in our lovely Fat Mohair.

The sweater is worked from the top, beginning with back-and-forth knitting to shape the neckline while making increases at the four raglan markers. Once the neckline increases are complete, the work is joined in the round. Raglan increases are then worked in the round in colorwork following a chart. When the chart is complete, you will have reached the armholes, and the work is divided into body and sleeves.

The body is knitted in the round in the main color in stockinette stitch and finished with a ribbed hem.

The sleeves are worked straight down in stockinette stitch without increases. The stitch count is decreased before finishing the sleeves with a ribbed cuff.

Finally, a narrow ribbed neckline is worked to complete your Chunky Marie Sweater.
