This crochet pattern is for an oversized men’s sweater, with a textured stitch design It is made with chunky yarn and a 10mm crochet hook, so it works up fast. The finished tension is soft and very comfortable to wear.

The garment is made as sperate front and back, sewn together, and then collar and sleeves added directly to the body. As it is an oversized sweater, there is minimal shaping in the body. Sleeve do tape to a nice fit around the wrist.

There is a lot of stretch in the finished item, so the sizing is only approximate. I have listed this pattern as “intermediate” because of pattern techniques.

Sizes are flexible, but as this is an oversized sweater the sizes are for the garment size, not the body size
