This is a simple but gorgeous pattern to make a “scarflet”. What’s a scarflet? Well basically it’s a small scarf which just goes round your neck once and holds in place with a couple of buttons. I made myself one and everyone loved it so much I’ve got my hands full for Christmas presents! It’s easy to put on and take off with none of that endless wrapping that you often need for longer scarves and it won’t get tangled up with bag straps or your handbag (or purse!), yet because of the buttons it won’t slip and let in cold draughts. Also, I made this out of one ball of wool!
