Chunky Warm Mittens
Here’s an easy crochet pattern for very warm mittens. I found it was very difficult to find an easy and basic pattern for gloves, so I’ve decided to design one myself. :)
These mittens are very thick and warm, and therefore very suitable for very cold weather conditions.
Crochet needle size needed: 8mm (for size S) or 10mm (for size M, L, XL)
Yarn needed: bulky yarn, cat. 6, around 100 grams in total for the M size gloves.
The pattern is written using UK and USA crochet terms, with full sentences. There are no abbreviations used. Also, there are no sewing skills required to make this pattern.
The gloves in the picture are a size M, how to obtain larger or smaller sizes is described in the pattern. Available sizes: S, M, L, XL.
There are no difficult stitches you need to master to be able to make this pattern!
Skills needed:
- magic ring
- single crochet stitch (UK: double crochet)
- slip stitches (UK: single crochet)
- increasing and decreasing stitches That’s it! :)
Skill level: easy.
There are high resolution photos included in the pattern to guide you through it.
All item prices are including a 21% sales tax. After your order, you’ll be sent a specified receipt stating the amount of payed sales tax in percentage (21%) and in US Dollar (for instance $0.98).
