Chunky Winter Headband (Crochet)
As the cold sets in I find myself frequently looking for a way to keep warm while still feeding my small sense of vanity and hoping to keep my hair in decent shape. Enter the headband. Worked in one skein of Debbie Bliss Paloma (or any other similar bulky yarn) this headband can easily be finished in an evening. The headband itself takes almost a full skein. Additional yarn will likely be required if you wish to add embellishment (like a flower).
This is one of the first patterns I ever wrote. It has not been tested or tech edited, though I did use it to (successfully) teach a class so I believe it to be error free. That being said, if you run into any problems I am happy to provide pattern support.
This pattern does not include instructions for the crochet flower - that was a feature I made up as I went along some 4 years ago.
