You can always make the waist size smaller, as you can make the elastic smaller than the measurements below!
S/M: Waist: 70-75 cm, Hip: 90-95 cm
M/L: Waist: 75-80 cm, Hip: 95-100 cm
L/XL: Waist: 80-85 cm, Hip: 100-105 cm
