NOTES
Pullover is knit from the top down with one strand of Kosho and one strand
of Sensai held together throughout, starting from a ribbed mock neck collar.
Shoulders are shaped with short rows, then the Front and Back are knit
separately to the underarm, with a slipped stitch edging along the armhole.
Body is worked in the round in Stockinette stitch, with waist shaping above
a ribbed hem.
