This cowl has a rolled edge on each side, and is knitted flat and seamed together. It consists of a two row repeat where one row is a purl row so you basically need to remember only one row.

This is one of the easiest cowls that you can make, and you only need about 375 meters (410 yards) of yarn to make it long enough so that it will go twice around your neck.
