This quick and easy scarf uses slip stitch/mosaic colour work, where only one colour of yarn is used at a time. It would be a great first pattern to try this technique.

Yarn:
Super-bulky weight yarn (yarn weight 6) in two colours, approximately 70m/77 yards of each colour, though the length is easily adjusted. Sample shown in Bernat Softee Chunky.

Gauge is not critical for this project, but will affect the finished size and yardage required.

Needles:
US 11 - 8.0mm

Finished Dimensions:
7”/17.75cm wide by 50”/127cm long lying flat

Pattern instructions: Written and charted instructions
