Pattern was inspired by a picture and a New grand coming along. The skirt can be adjusted by adding or deleting rows for the repeats. The dress includes four sizes and instructions for both crochet and ribbon straps for the front of the bodice. Dress is made with basic stitches worked from the top to the bottom.
