Gauge
Stockinette in the round on US 8 (5mm) needles after blocking:
Width: 16 sts = 4 inches / 10 cm
Length: 23 rows = 4 inches / 10 cm
Note: In order to get gauge you may need to go up or down a needle size. This is dependent on the yarn you use and your unique tension.
If this is your first time blocking, see the instructions in the final step of the pattern.

Suggested Needles:
US 8 (5mm) circular knitting needles or whichever needle size you need to get gauge.
Cord Lengths 8 inches / 20 cm for neckline and sleeves - unless you choose to use magic loop method for the neckline, you can gradually go up in cord size. If possible, I recommend using interchangeable needles as that will make it easier, but this is not required.
One extra circular knitting needle in a similar size to work the folded collar (any cord length).

Estimated Amount of Yarn Needed:
3 (4, 4, 4, 5) 5 (5, 6, 6) skeins of 198 yds/100g yarn.
600 (700, 700, 800) 900 (1000, 1100, 1200) yds.

Links to tutorial videos for each technique needed are included in the pattern.
