PATTERN NOTES
Leg length can be adjusted but last round before heel should always be round 21.

Shorter Leg: To shorten the leg length to 7.25 inches the pattern section should be started on round 23 of the chart. i.e. the first 22 rounds of the main leg instructions skipped. (Shown in middle of picture.)

Longer Leg: To lengthen the leg length to 10.75 inches the pattern section should be started on round 23 of the chart. Once round 44 has been completed the instructions for the leg should be worked in full. NB if you are working the large size and have a long foot you will need an additional skeinhown in picture)

Twisted Rib Alternative:
This is a very elastic sock and provides a good fit, hugging the contours of the foot. You may want to refine the rib sections by knitting through the back of loops to create a twisted rib. (shown in the larger size in the pictures)
