Not your granny’s crochet! Look again. This is a variation of the granny square made into earrings. Use one, two or four colours. This pattern uses embroidery floss or thread. Variegated floss or metallic thread also look great. Once the square is completed it is attached to a 2 inch hoop (5 cm)and then fish hook type ear wires.
All instructions are written in English, using standard US and Canadian terms. The pattern is written in tutorial style with step by step photos.
Skill level is about intermediate. Standard stitches are used but since you are using fine thread and attaching to the hoop I would say it is a little finicky. The good news is since they are small, they don’t take long to make.
