Circular Shetland Lace Shawl
by Golden Hands
Border of the shawl is worked first, then stitches for the centre section are picked up along the edge of the border, one section at a time. Each section is knitted separately and joined together afterwards. It may be helpful to fold the border into 8 sections and mark with coloured thread for a guide as to the length each section should occupy.
