Cirrocumulus are fleecy little clouds that form at a high altitude. They appear only briefly before disappearing into atmosphere, making this phenomenon a special sight. The Cirrocumulus socks use faux cable ribbed cuffs to mimic these fluffy cloudlets.

Sizes
There are four sizes in the pattern: 1 (18cm foot circumference); 2 (20cm foot circumference); 3 (22.5cm foot circumference); and 4 (25cm foot circumference). Note that the sizes listed are measured around the sock, so find your size by measuring your foot and then subtracting 10%.

Yarn and Yardage
This pattern recommends a silk sock yarn, where silk is used in place of nylon to add extra durability. That said, a standard nylon-based sock yarn also works! The total yardage is approx. 150 - 235 yards.

Notions
Knitting needles (DPNs or circulars), stitch markers, darning needle, and sock blockers.

Techniques
This pattern is suitable for knitters who are familiar with cuff down, in the round, heel flap and gusset sock construction. The cables on the cuff are faux cables, so no knowledge of cabling is needed. The faux cables are both written and charted.
