Cirrocumulus Maríutása
by Sigrun Arna
This is a classically stranded, two-coloured mittens pattern, beginning with a
double ribbing and continuing with a stranded pattern.
In some places long floats are inevitable, and it is recommended that you weave in
your yarn every 3rd stitch as you go. When working the pattern, keep the contrast
colour strand near you, so it will be the more pronounced one (dominant).
Thorough explanations as well as links to technical videos are included.
Weave in ends, block and enjoy!
The name is inspired by the January weather in Iceland this year.
