City Bison

Buffalo yarn and beads meet and create a perfect blend of rugged West and City elegance.

When a friend started selling yarn made from buffalo down, I knew immediately that I had to have some to play with. This was my first experience working with this type of fiber, and it told me exactly what it wanted to become. This cute yet sophisticated scarf is the end result, and I am thrilled with it. While the design is feminine and playful, the undyed natural colored fiber from the buffalo gives the scarf an Outback rugged feel, and the minimal beading brings about a certain sophistication making this the perfect scarf for a night on the town. Beading is optional.
