City Neck Warmer
City neck warmer is worked vertically side to side with short rows technique.
First, increasing shoulder part of the front is worked followed by the straight part (creating neck ribbing on top of the neck warmer).
Then decreasing part of another shoulder is worked followed by a shoulder seam. Then the back of the neck warmer works in the same way as the front. Finally, the shoulder seam is worked to join back and front.
