Designed to flatter a variety of body types, the Cityscape Tank uses carefully structured vertical ribbing to elongate the female figure. Constructed seamlessly in the round, this garment begins at the hem with twisted ribbing. Twisted rib continues along each side of the sweater, while smooth stockinette panels rise up the front and back to heighten the clean lines extending on either side. Carefully placed increases and decreases leading up to the bust line enhance the feminine silhouette, while the ribbing naturally accentuates the waist and hip shaping. Worked in a light or bright solid or semi-solid yarn to maximize the slimming effect, a lightweight wool or wool blend is recommended for this design. This sweater pairs well with jeans, capris, a skirt, or even shorts, ready for whatever a day in the city might bring.
