These mittens are inspired by the Outlander series, and many long gloves that Claire wears whilst roaming around Scotland. They are a super fast knit due to the bulky yarn and would therefore make great Christmas gifts.

The Pattern accommodates a long and a short version. I personally love the long version, as it still fits great under a jacket and keeps any drafts well at bay.

You can get just about two small pairs of gloves out of one ball of Hue and Me yarn, but you would need more to make a long and a short pair.
