Outlander Inspired Claires Capelet Shoulder Warmer

I have been inspired by all the knits in the Outlander series, especially those worn by Claire Beauchamp!
This is my version of a hand knit capelet worn by Claire in the Starz Outlander series.

Finished Measurements:
M (L) approx. 11”/28 cm length from neck to shoulder and 35/80 cm, (38/87 cm) around bottom edge.
Materials:

1 skein Roving by Bernat, color Bark = Corteza
Knitting Needles size US 15 / 10 mm (I used straight needles but it will be easier to use circular ones)
3 Stitch Markers
Scissors
