A pretty diagonal rib gives a spiral effect and looks great adorned with a faux fur pom pom.

Difficulty: Advanced Beginner, Intermediate

Suggested Yarn: 10 Ply or worsted weight yarn

Needles: 4.5mm (US7) circular or DPNs and 5mm (US8) circular needles

Other materials - yarn needle, scissors.

Gauge: 17st/23rows for 10cm (4”) square using 5mm needles

Stitches used: Knit, purl, K2tog, P2tog

Size: Adult Woman (Hat height approx 8.5”, width approx 8.5” laying flat). This beanie is quite stretchy.
