This is an extremely versatile accessory! Wear it as a capelet around the shoulders, wear it up a bit higher as part capelet/part cowl, or pull it up over the head for a hooded infinity scarf.

The stitch pattern and color combination give this capelet an appearance of both vertical and horizontal striping like a classic plaid or houndstooth, but with a modern twist as a chic cowl/capelet. The piece is worked back and forth in rows then seamed across the short end in the back.

Note: you may block the capelet for a smooth look and slightly larger fit,or not block it for increased texture and a more snug fit. The model shown is unblocked.
