Welcome to the pattern for our Classic Catventurer Button Up Cat Bandana. With its simple button up design, this one is purrfect for catventurers who dislike things being placed over their heads. The bandana folds over under the neck for a classic bandana look and can be fitted to your preference (more or less loosely) around the neck.

CROCHET LEVEL:
All levels and suitable for experienced beginners with fundamental knowledge of basic crochet stitches and techniques. If you are familiar with making a granny square, you can make this bandana!

MATERIALS:

• Lightweight yarn of your choice
• Crochet hook to suit your yarn
• Button (≥ 15 mm)
• Yarn needle + needle to sew on a button
• Scissors
• Measuring tape (optional)

STITCHES/TECHNIQUES:

• Slip knot on to the hook
• Chain stitch and making a chain
• Double crochet
• Triple crochet
• Slip stitch
• Sewing on a button
• Tying off using your preferred method
• Weaving in and securing tail ends
• Basic sizing using your cat’s neck circumference or the included guide to standard cat sizes
