Classic Fisherman's Beanie
Here is a pattern for a ribbed, fisherman-style beanie which sits just past or above the ears. It comes in two sizes, has a warm and reversible brim, and is very stretchy. I hope you enjoy it! Please feel free to contact me with any questions.
Materials
-100 grams of DK weight yarn
-16 inch 3.5 mm circular needle
-16 inch 2.5 - 2.75 mm circular needle
-set of 3.5 mm double-pointed needles
-tapestry needle
Gauge
-21 sts per 4” across, in 1 x 1 twisted rib, stretched.
Techniques
-knitting in the round
-3-needle bind off
-picking up stitches along horizontal edge
