This is an instant download PDF pattern for the Classic Little Hearts Sweater in women’s sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2X, 3X, 4X, and 5X.

This is an intermediate level pattern which uses 2 strands of worsted weight yarn held together or 1 strand or bulky weight yarn in two colors. This pattern is written in women’s sizing and is designed to have a body skimming fit with an allover hearts pattern on the body, slight balloon sleeves and options for cropped or long cuffs and a cowl or ribbed neckline.

The body is worked in the round from the bottom ribbing up to the armholes and then divided for the upper back panel and shoulders in the front. The back and shoulders are grafted together for seamless shoulders and then sleeves and neck are added afterwards.

Materials
8 mm (US 11)/10 mm (US 15) circular needles for body
9 mm (US 13) circular needles or DPNs/magic loop for sleeves
8 mm DPNs/magic loop for sleeve cuffs
Tapestry needle
Worsted weight yarn in 2 colors held double stranded, a single strand of bulky yarn or similar that meets gauge
• Pattern tested in Lion Brand Basic Stitch held double, Malabrigo Chunky held single, Big Twist Heather held double, Caron Pound held double
