This long jacket designed for the #5325 Snuggly Heirloom brochure by Sirdar. With the lower body knit in one piece from the bottom up to the empire waist, the fronts and back are then worked separately. The sleeves are knit before seaming the entire garment together. The shawl collar uses short rows that are hidden in the garter stitches.

TENSION
This pattern uses 80cm/32inch circular needles to work the lower body.
Check your tension - if less stitches use a thinner needle, if more use a thicker needle.
