This knitted beanie is my take on the classic ribbed toque I grew up wearing during the cold Canadian winters. This simple design is easy to follow and works-up quickly. This project is great for gifts because it fits all! After such a drab winter, we all need a little fun, so go to your wardrobe, pick out your most pigmented piece, and wear it proudly. -Cuffed: cuff 8 cm (3 ˜ in), total height 20 cm (7 ˜ in)
-Uncuffed: 28 cm (11 in)
-Circumference: 42 cm (16.5 in) -unstretched

Gauge
-22 st x 21 rows 10 cm (4x4in) 1x1 rib

NOTE
-1x1 rib—knit one, purl one until the end of the round. This creates a very stretchy fabric.

-Red Heart ‘comfort’ 4 weight (medium, worsted) in “Melon Green” 75 grams
